Somewhere in there, a client is still waiting.
A busy professional gets more than 120 emails a day. About six of them change the work. The rest bury those six, and with them the question a client asked on Tuesday and the answer you promised a supplier by Friday. Nobody forgets on purpose. The inbox just was never built to remember.

It keeps count of who owes who.
Every thread has two sides. Pidgy knows which side you are on. It counts the days since someone asked you something, and the days since you asked them. When a thread starts to slip, it lines up the chase for you to approve.

Three ways to answer. Or your own words.
For every email that needs an answer, Pidgy writes three replies: professional, friendly and direct. Pick one, change a word if you like and send it.

Year-end file
Hi Lotte, would it be possible to move our year-end file to mid-March? We are short on hands until then. Thanks, Thomas

Ask your inbox anything.
Is it signed? Did they pay? What did I promise? Ask Pidgy. It answers from your own email and shows the message the answer came from.

Built for client-facing work.

Pidgy reads. It never sends.
Before you let anything near a client mailbox, here is what Pidgy will and will not do.
- It never sends. Every email leaves when you press send, and not a second before.
- It never moves a thing. Pidgy does not archive, move, mark read or delete a single email. Your mailbox stays as you left it.
- It stays in the EU. Hosted in the EU, encrypted in transit and at rest.
- It keeps your mail private. Your email never trains a model and is never sold.
- It is certified. Alkmist BV, the company behind Pidgy, is ISO 27001 certified and signs a DPA on request.
- It leaves when you say so. Delete your account and every byte of your data, any time.

What people say, and who builds Pidgy
"Rarely do I see such well thought through software."

"Sure - its a weird name (think carrier pigeon - Pidgy) but don't let that put you off."Gareth again. We could not have said it better.
